Customer Care
The day before your booking we will send you a reminder of your appointment. On the day of, we will arrive 45 minutes to an hour prior to your booking, to allow enough time to set up your picnic. We look forward to seeing you at the site of your picnic location, at least 5 minutes before.
If you have chosen a custom location, please be aware of an additional travel fee to compensate for the distance being traveled to your designated location.
Privacy & Safety
Please be informed, there will be a security deposit fee for loss/damage items which will be temporarily added to our price. After your picnic, if there is NO loss/damage to our products, the security deposit fee will be returned to you via
e-transfer.
CANCEllation
If you would like to cancel your booking, please send us an email at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please be aware, there will be a cancellation fee if you do not inform us about, cancelling your booking 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Weather
If it happens to rain, we are more than happy to reschedule your booking to another date/time.
