What payment methods do/don't we accept?We accept e-transfers to our email: picnicmeadow8@gmail.com. We also accept Paypal. We DO NOT accept cheques or cash.

Can we do custom locations?Yes, of course! For any custom locations, please send us an email and we will do our best to meet your request. Upon reasoning, please consider the fact that there will be an additonal price in regards to travel distance.

Can we have custom bookings?Defintely! We are happy to do any custom bookings. For any custom bookings, please send us an email and we will do our best to meet your request. Please note, custom bookings is any group of 8+ people.

Can we do custom themes?Yes, of course! For any custom themes, please send us an email. Within the email, please provide a brief description of the colours/themes you would prefer. We will do our best to make accomodations. : )

How long do I have to cancel a booking?If you would like to cancel your booking, please send us an email at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. For more information of our cancellation policy, please refer to our 'Policy' page and all the information will be provided there.

Are we able to reschedule due to the weather?Yes, of course! If it happens to rain, we are more than happy to reschedule your booking to another date/time. Please check to see what is suitable in our calender and available for you. Kindly send us an email.
